Design process and challenges
The biggest challenge of the whole build was the shape and proportions, as I had about zero knowledge of motorbikes when I started the project.The gearbox and the engine was an easy task, though many iterations were developed before settlig at the final stage. The engine is a V4, but the angle of the pistons resembles more like V2 Ducati engines. As it is a custom motorbike, I was okay with this mistake, but certainl it is something that may bother motorbike experts.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the model, it looks awesome on the shelf and can easily cope with heavy play too, tested on an exhibition where the visitors could try out my models without restrictions.
